Love, love, love.

It's Valentine's Day (which I just realized is technically Saint Valentine's Day).  So, I wish you a very merry V-day.  Whether you've been married for decades, been dating for years, or find yourself single this year (yours truly) - we can all celebrate love, right?  I'm refusing to be bitter on Valentine's Day because people who are bitter on Valentine's Day make me cringe.  There are all kinds of love, and love is made for everyone.  Just search "love quotes" on Google, and you'll find nearly a quadzillion.

In light of the "love" theme, today's "Healthy and Whole" challenge is to make a list of 10 things you love.  And, you need to listen to a silly song you adore while you make your list.  I'm listening to "Carry Out" by Timblaland and Justin Timberlake while I make my list.  Also, because "love" is a confusing word - we'll be using this definition of love: warm attachment, enthusiasm, or devotion.

10 Loves of The Lady Pastor:
1.  People/Community/Friends (yes, that's a very broad answer)
2.  Mi familia
3.  The ocean
4.  The sunshine
5.  Words (and especially words found in books)
6.  Toast (that's the stomach flu talking)
7.  Desserts (flan, please - and lots of it)
8.  Fashion (heels, dresses, and belts, especially)
9.  Itunes
10.  The interweb

Your turn! You can either write your list at home or post it here!  What are 10 things you love?
