Smoothie!




I am still loving smoothies!
My favorite this week:

-Orange Juice (which I mix with water)
-Frozen peaches
-Plain low-fat Greek yogurt

SO GOOD!
It is incredibly creamy and delicious.
I drink it while I'm getting ready in the morning.
Today I even added a few slices of avocado for some extra yum!

What smoothie recipe have you been enjoying lately?

  1. That looks good! I've recently tried one with pineapple (frozen & fresh), kale, spinach, applesauce, and OJ. It's refreshing...and tastes better than it sounds :)
