Advent in Your Everyday: Day #21

Today's Photo: "Sneaky Critters"

This time of year, people are oftentimes a little on-edge. Anxiety and stress are at high levels. Loneliness and depression can creep into our lives pretty heavily as well. We're pulled in all sorts of directions. So, we need some kind of antidote for all this tension.

Here is today's Advent assignment: laugh. Laugh a lot. Laugh at least 10 times today. Keep track. Extra credit if you laugh on more than 10 occasions. Double extra credit if you take time to post a comment today about something that made you laugh. Triple extra credit if you help others to laugh today!

  1. I laughed a lot last night. It might have been that I had a bit too much cabin fever from driving for too long, but I still laughed! Might be my brains way of coping with being in a car for so long...

  2. This afternoon while shopping, we put 19 month old Cade in the front of the cart, not in the seat. He spent the whole trip saying, "Wheee!"

  3. Thank you for stopping by my blog :) And I agree that laughing is a great antidote to sadness, even when one does not really feel like laughing.
