A Damsel Party

On Monday after work I wandered into the forest.

I've become quite enamored with all things nature related lately.

While hiking around, I took some photo snapshots of trees and flowers.

And then, I stumbled into a cove of damselflies! They were everywhere!
The sun was peeking through a canopy of leaves onto the limbs of one specific tree.
The damselflies were basking in the sun.

I felt like I was in fairyland. It was amazing.

The damsels and I shared some very sacred moments,

and I arrived back at my car feeling overwhelmed with gratitude.
