I have mentioned Green Smoothies many times.
A yummy spinach smoothie is one of my most beloved ways to start the day!
I know it sounds odd, but give it a whirl!

Here are the actual measurements to making your new favorite breakfast delight!

2 cups raw spinach
2 cups almond milk (or whatever liquid you prefer)
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon hemp powder

Blend. And then slurp it up!

  1. Banana or Orange
    Berries (usually Trader Joes frozen berries)
    2-3 handfuls of spinach
    Pea Protein powder
    Coconut milk
    Water

    Sometimes I'll do a spoonful of almond butter instead of the protein powder.

    So filling, so yummy, so healthy!!
