Food of the Week: Maple Nut Granola

I used the oven and the stove this week! Whoa; major breakthrough, huh? I'm making progress. The green smoothies are great. I was skeptical about mixing green foods (lettuces, kale, cucmbers) alongside my favorite fruits, but it turns out pretty tasty. I think I'm really becoming healthier and happier. Food is powerful stuff, isn't it?

My big recipe for the week was "Maple Nut Granola" from Terry Walters' cookbook "Clean Food." It's a terrific recipe! Here it is: CLEAN FOOD. The whole cookbook is on Google Books for free! What a deal. Although I recommend buying the cookbook because it's lime green and really fun to look through.

Yum, yum, yum! I've been eating it all week. With soy milk, yogurt, and by the handful!
