Today's recipe is: "Tomato Super Supper Dish" from the following surprisingly wonderful cookbook - Cooking with Condensed Soups - circa 1950s.
Here is my cooking dish of choice and all the ingredients.
The recipe calls for bread, but I used leftover naan (an Indian bread) and various other breads from my freezer. They worked just fine!

Since I'm cooking for one, I'll be eating the leftovers all week. It turned out alright! It tastes like eating a grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup at the same time. If that sounds good to you, go for it!
