Have you ever tried this!?!?!

It is cookies in a spread form. I am not generally nuts about cookies. But I am wild about this spread! I ate it on a banana for breakfast and it was YUM. YUM YUM. YUM YUM YUM.

Any other "must-have" treats lately?

I started using the My Fitness Pal app this week. I like it a lot and it syncs with my Fitbit. I made much wiser choices than I usually do. Plus, I definitely increased the fruits and veggies and water which were my main goals. I'm planning to use the app 4 days a week and then just try to make good choices on Friday-Sunday without the app. People using the app can be pals and encourage each other.
