Smoothie Recipe and Recommendation

Good morning!

If you're looking for a low-impact, terrific workout, I highly recommend all of Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs!  They are inexpensive (I usually get them from Amazon), and I've never been disappointed.
These are a GREAT entry point into improving your physical wellness!  I really like them, especially in the colder months when it's nearly impossible to walk outside.  


Now for a quick smoothie recipe.....


I don't have the amounts of anything because I just make it up!  But here are the basic ingredients of a very yummy fruit and greens smoothie!

-Mixed frozen fruit (strawberry, pineapple, mango mix)
-Plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt (I prefer Trader Joe's brand)
-Chia seeds
-A frozen banana
-A scoop of Super Green Daily from Rawjuvenate (This is my personal favorite for powdered greens, but there are a lot of great options!  Search your local health food store or Amazon for other possibilities.  Any green powder filled with things like kale, spinach, and artichokes will be great!)
