Fun? Silly? Candy-filled? I hope you had a great night!
What are you going to do with your pumpkin?

I love healthy breakfast smoothies.

They are a great way to start the day.
And then if everything else I eat is "not-so-healthy,"
at least I've started the day out with one good food choice.

It's my current breakfast delight.
You'll be amazed at the google results!

These days I am seeing variations of pumpkin pie smoothies on lots of foodie blogs.
They all look delicious!

There are a million ways to make one.

My favorite is:

*1 frozen banana
*1/2 cup canned pumpkin
*almond milk
*pumpkin pie spice

Blend it all up and yum, yum, yum!

  2. Yum! I love that organic canned pumpkin too. Last year after the holidays were over, I found that canned pumpkin on sale for 20cents a can!!! Let's just say I have about 20 cans in my cabinet:)
