A New Book

Breeze

I'm starting a new book tonight, and I'm excited to provide you with book reports in the coming weeks. The name of this non-fiction book is: "Train Your Mind, Change Your Brain: How A New Science Reveals Our Extraordinary Potential to Transform Ourselves." It's categorized as "a groundbreaking collaboration between neuroscience and Buddhism." The author is Sharon Begley and it was published in 2008.

Oh, and guess who wrote the forward? The Dalai Lama!

I've falled off the meditation wagon for the last 2 weeks. I didn't remain very Zen during the last platelet fiasco. The good news is I'm back on the exercising, green-smoothie-drinking, meditating train, and I have no plans of stoping anytime soon. And hopefully, hopefully, hopefully I can return to the yoga life. Soon and very soon.

In the meantime, I might become a Buddhist neuroscientiest lady pastor librarian infomercial host journalist novelist next week. What do you think?

:)
