Healthy and Whole: The Back of the Closet

It's a brand new week.

Have you done much digging in your closet and drawers lately?

If not, the time has come!  This week's "Healthy and Whole" assignment is: It's time to go through your closet and give away what you aren't wearing anymore.  Goodwill, friends, the children of friends, and Salvation Army are all good venues to take your gently used clothing.

Also, as you're "Spring Cleaning" - you're bound to find some treasures you're forgotten about!  It's fun to dig around and find out what clothes/shoes/pjs you haven't worn for ages.  Invite them back into your wardrobe to spice things up a bit.

But if you aren't wearing it and don't see yourself wearing it: give it away!

Ready, set, clean!

  1. Also, if you have a friend who sews or knits, you might "bequeath" to them old pieces that are in good shape for reuse. Knitters love repurposing old sweaters!
