ReplyDeleteI never knew about Pancake Day until last year, when I learned about it from my mom, who I think learned about it at Our Redeemer. Andy & I don't "do" Lent, but I think the pancakes are a fun tradition that I'll continue to do.
Oh my... I ADORE this journal!! I've let it sit on my shelf since December. You have inspired me to pull it out and fill in a few more pages. :)
