Earlier today I went on a walk with my pal, Lisa, and we stopped by the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center. We walked by the poster featured above - 12 Habits of Highly Healthy People.
It's a GREAT list and provides good food for thought before we head into a new year.

Habit 10: I'm interpretting this one to mean less cell phone time! Since I got rid of home internet, I've ended up being on my phone in the evenings more than is helpful!
