Several months ago I started subscribing to the weekly Sky and Telescope e-newsletter. I love it because every issue is a giant injection of perspective. Whenever I need to remember that my woes and I are NOT the center of the universe, I can just read an article from Sky and Telescope.
I understand about 1/10 of that article.
But it's enough to make me feel complete awe and wonder!
They also have a monthly podcast. Here's a link to the March episode.
The podcast is great because it gives you a brief audio preview of the night sky for that particular month.
