#1: I HIGHLY recommend Dandy Blend!
I read all the reviews on Amazon, and I thought,
"WHAT?!?! How could a beverage made of dandelion root
taste like coffee? And how could it be so healthy?"
But it is DELICIOUS. I really look forward to it!

I've been LOVING my new juicer. I investigated and researched
and finally ended up with the Omega 8006. SO WORTH IT.
My two favorite juices so far:
Carrot - Orange - Ginger
1/4 bag of baby carrots
2 oranges
a little piece of ginger
Greeny-Green
2 green apples
3 pieces of kale
1 lime
2 green apples
3 pieces of kale
1 lime
And for you smoothie lovers out there, here's a new one I tried:
Strange Delights
Orange juice (for a more tropical feel) or Almond milk (for a creamier feel)
-1/2 to 1 cup of frozen cherries (on sale at Target)
1 frozen banana
Spinach {optional}
In other aspects of the Flourish Plan, I think I'm doing pretty well.
Not perfect, of course. But making progress.
