Here's my version of an Orange Julius - extra high in Vitamin C and fiber!
Ingredients:
-3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-2 Cuties (or one large orange)
-1/2 scoop of vanilla bean protein powder
-3 ice cubes (optional)
I have 2 blenders. One is super powered. And one is tiny and portable. For this recipe, I used my little guy.
One scoop of protein powder. You can use whatever brand is convenient. I really like Complete Nutrition's vanilla bean version. It's great. And if you watch their coupons online, you can get $30 off. I experimented with adding a pack of Splenda, too, but I really don't think you need it.
