I'm just getting back into it.
Yes! I love to run! I used the c25k (couch to 5k) program and it worked amazingly well! It basically does what the name implies: taking from a couch potato to running a 5k race in 6-8 weeks. I ran my first-ever 5k race last August, and since then have run a 10k and run the distance of a 5k or more at least 3 times a week. I am also training for a half marathon! Just google it and it will give you all the deets! :)
