I love this prompt. Great one. I love ordinary moments. Earlier this year I got to have breakfast with my dear friend, Glen. I will always treasure those simple moments of finding out way into a tiny diner and sharing a meal. Glen recently passed away, and I am so eternally thankful for those hours together. Glen was my very best friend during my internship year in southern Illinois. We went to dinners and movies at the theater. He was silly and always called me "The Priestess."

I want to achieve a healthy work/life/family/friend/wellness balance. When I achieve this balance I will feel a sense of peace and wholeness. 10 things I can do to achieve this:
1. Pray & meditate daily.
2. Make a schedule.
3. Say no in a way that empowers others.
4. Delegate.
5. Don't make excuses.
6. Exercise daily.
7. Write/process/journal.
8. Evaluate regularly.
9. Say "thank you" often.
10. Affirm others and affirm myself.
