A new glorious week of spring is upon us.I hope you are ready and refreshed.
Speaking of refreshed, this week's "Healthy and Whole" assignment is related to that topic. The assignment is to get a MINIMUM of 7 hours of sleep per night. This is the assignment primarily because I have been getting about 6.5 a night for several months, and it is leading me to feel very out of sorts. Last night I went to bed at 9:45pm and got up at 5:30am (7.75 hours) and I was a new woman. I'm going to find a way to stick with it. I'm not sure how, but I'm going to find a way.
