Random: John Mayer, Nipple Piercings, Weird Dreams and "Love"

Today John Mayer's new CD was released. I'll be listening to it on repeat for the next few months. I like it quite a bit. Good lyrics. I imagine it would be hard to keep coming up with new, amazing songs. He's doing a good job. Mom, just as a "heads-up" - he does make multiple references to getting stoned.

Last night I went to an "Introduction to Hot Yoga" class with a gal pal. It was just the two of us and the instructor. He was a very good teacher. I was slightly distracted by his body filled with piercings and tattoos. Whenever I'm in an environment with a person who has a body covered in tattoos, I'm just so curious to ask about the significance of all of them. I didn't ask him about them until the very end of class, and then I just asked about one specific tat. (That's the first time I've ever used the word "tat" - it felt awkward). Anyway, it was sure nice to be back in a yoga studio. A very "chill" vibe. (That's the first time I've ever described something as "chill").

A few days ago I was on Facebook, and I saw a bunch of wedding pictures of a high school friend from back in the day. She recently married the brother of the boy who was my first date and my first kiss (I was 15 at the time). He was a senior, he played the guitar and was in a band, and I thought he was so dreamy, even though he really wasn't even nice to me. Anyway, I hadn't even thought about this guy for ages and ages! But then I saw all those wedding pictures where he was best man, and I've been having the weirdest dreams ever since! He's popping up in all of them! Dreams are so funny, aren't they? Very silly.

I visited a married couple at the Care Center today. They live in separate rooms and are in their late 80s. Whenever she sees him, she says, "Hello Love" and pats his leg.
