Take a Look, In a Book: "Naikan: Gratitude, Grace, and the Japanese Art of Self-Reflection" by Gregg Krech - A friend gave me this book a few weeks ago, and this week I picked it up and flipped through it looking for material to use in my English-tutoring sessions. There are some really lovely poems in it that have been fantastic!
A Movie Worth Watching: A Walk to Beautiful (53 minutes - originally aired as an episode of NOVA on PBS) I watched it earlier this week. Very moving!
