Life is an adventure. A holy, mysterious, awesome, terrible, beautiful adventure. I am a curator of curiosity along the journey.

I started this blog in late 2008 as I was preparing to start my first call as a pastor in the ELCA branch of the Lutheran family tree. The blog was called "The Lady Pastor" back then in honor of a nickname I received during my internship year in a place where female clergy people were few and far between.

Over the years, blogging has been a meaningful way for me to share photography, poetry, and reflections on life. This blog led to the development of my weekly column, Holy Everything, which appears in the Rochester Post-Bulletin every Saturday.

I rejoice in opportunities to collaborate! Looking for a freelance writer? Let's connect. Please also be in touch if your group is looking for original content creation or graphic design assistance. I also enjoy facilitating workshops and speaking to groups. I look forward to connecting with you.
