This is Finn getting ready for a hike!

Over the weekend we visited four different local parks & trails with this handsome fellow.

I didn't think I'd ever really be a "dog person" (i.e. a person who really loves and appreciates dogs...especially dogs inside the house). I assumed I'd be a person who "warmly tolerated" my husband's dog because I love him and know how much he loves pets.

I have quickly become a person with a camera full of Finn photos.

What has happened to me?

I don't know.

It all happened so fast.

But I love this doggy. And I love the way his presence encourages Justin and I to be active and explore the many outdoor offerings of our community.
