It's National Walking Day!

Good morning! It's National Walking Day!

Walking is my favorite form of exercise, and it brings me joy and peace on a daily basis.

I love walking for a lot of reasons - I especially appreciation that there's so much variety on how it can be done! Sometimes I walk alone; sometimes I walk with Leslie, and oftentimes, I love to walk with family and friends. I walk outside, I walk at the mall, and I walk at home!

Regular movement helps me feel emotionally balanced and physically strong. That's no exaggeration.

It is a central component of every day. Sometimes it's just a quick mile before work. Sometimes it's 10 miles spread throughout the day.
