I read her book The Hormone Cure over the summer and loved it!

I recently heard about her daily journaling practice which includes the 4 Gs; you can read the specifics of each G in the jump start plan.

I love to journal, but sometimes I get intimidated by the blank page and low energy at the end of the day. I like the 4Gs because they are nice and tangible.
