This is a photo from Alaska. I also wore my Alaska sweatshirt today. I guess it's safe to say I continue to think about Alaska a lot. At least every other day. I would love to go back. Maybe next summer.
How was your Halloween/Reformation Day? I had a very fun time at a friend's house. She and her husband hosted a small gathering. Then we headed downtown for additional festivities. It was fun to be flapper girl for the night!
How was your All Saints Day?
I'm now in Onalaska, Wisconsin for the next couple days for our synod's Fall Theological Retreat. I enjoy it each year! This year will be a bit new because as a synod staff member, I have a few responsibilities for the event. Photo-taking. Power Point running. And a brief presentation on our webpage and social media outlets. Beyond that, I'm really looking forward to quality time with rostered leader colleagues. And quality time with my hotel roomie, Anj! YAHOO!
