Super easy and quick recipes. 3 ingredients or less. This is my kind of cooking! I adore cookbooks, I think cooking is awesome in theory. In practice, give me quick, easy, healthy, and cheap.

The three ingredients for this recipe are:

-1 cup edamame
-8 pieces of cooked pepperoni or turkey pepperoni
-1 zucchini

Step 1: Chop the zucchini and saute until golden brown
Step 2: Cut the pepperoni in half and add to the pan until warmed
Step 3: Add in the edamame until warmed

Then it is ready to be devoured. For a little extra flavor, serve with some pesto or tomato sauce!
