Friday and Saturday are both big days for ELCA Lutherans in the Southeastern Minnesota Synod.
It's our annual SYNOD ASSEMBLY!
Great speakers, an art exhibit, Bible studies, voting on various resolutions,
hymn singing, snack eating, chit-chating, and worshiping!
On Friday, I was particularly emotionally moved by the work my denomination
is doing through the ELCA Malaria Campaign.
The whole experience is renewing my love of the ELCA and making me so thankful for my vocation!
