1. Breathe more intentionally.
2. Go to a yoga class.
3. Affirm people regularly and genuinely.
4. Exercise daily.

    1 - Take deep breaths and not let things or people bother me as much.

    2 - Read at least a chapter a day of my current book.

    3 - Knit a little each day.

    4 - Love my family
