Food of the Week...

Greetings. Well, in the worlds of "Learn to Cook" and "Make Use of the 75,000 Cookbooks in the Pantry," the past week has not been particularly noteworthy. Instead, I worked constantly and ate a lot of the following foods:

berries of all kinds
Very Vanilla soymilk
frozen bananas
peanut butter
hemp seeds

Actually, in total honesty, that list makes up a good 92% of my daily diet. I need to broaden my horizons a bit. Maybe next week..

One tasty treat I did have in the past week that I HIGHLY recommend is: Alternative Baking Company's Lemon Poppyseed Cookie! SOOOOO yum, yum, yum!
