This week's food is a "Banana-Spinach-Pineapple" smoothie! "EWWWW" you say? Well I say, "Please try it with an open mind!" It's tasty! 1 frozen banana + 1 handful of spinach + 1/2 cup of pineapple juice or water or soy milk. Blend it. Drink it up!

Okay, in complete honesty, I am eating a giant piece of key lime pie while I write this post. So please DO NOT be under the impression that I drink these crazy green smoothies all the time. But, they are really quite tasty!
