Healthy and Whole: Spring

A new season is upon us. Spring. It's refreshing, it's new, it's hope-filled. The days are stretching, the dirty snow is almost fully melted. The sun is tempting us with its promise of continued warmth.

It's the perfect time to set some goals for the months ahead. Goals can be fun. They don't have to be all "school-like" and lame. They can be inspiring. They can be simple. This week's assignment is "Set 3 goals for Spring."

Here are mine:
1. Laugh daily.
2. Drink tea with friends and throw a tea party.
3. Eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies each day.
