It's Sunday morning and time for our "Healthy and Whole" Goal for the Week. Have you ever set an intention for the day? It's a practice that I learned about at my first yoga class at Core Power in Chicago. I remember thinking, "What a great idea!"

An intention is a goal or focus area for the day. Your intention can be basically anything. It can be general or specific. It could be: "I will finish the laundry today." Or "I will be fully myself today." Or "The music I listen to today will be encouraging."

Let's try setting an intention every morning when we wake up this week. It will be a great way to keep focused on what matters most in the midst of the chaos of daily life.
